🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted company metrics reporting and standardize definitions.
• Develop scalable data and BI stack with Data teams.
• Support public company readiness with SOX-compliant external metrics.
• Deliver business-critical insights to guide strategic decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of progressive experience in a data-related function at a fast-growing startup.
• Expert in SQL and other data-related programming languages.
• Self-starter mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with modern BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Background in Strategic Finance or Business Operations.
• Familiarity with data warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
