💼 About This Role

You'll support the commissioning, startup, and safe operation of a PWR-5 test reactor for global deployment. You'll work hands-on with a multidisciplinary team to execute reactor operations safely. This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish operational foundations for a fleet of reactors deployed globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and control reactor systems during startup, operation, and shutdown
• Execute fueling operations including fuel handling and core management
• Perform routine surveillances, plant walkdowns, and equipment checks
• Respond to abnormal and emergency plant conditions using AOPs and EOPs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on reactor operations experience
• Experience with PWR or pool-type reactor operations
• Experience with fueling operations and associated safety controls
• Strong working knowledge of reactor physics, thermal hydraulics, and plant systems

✨ Nice to Have

• NRC Reactor Operator (RO) or Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license or equivalent
• Experience with small modular reactors (SMRs), research reactors, or naval reactors
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections or licensing submittals
