🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead propeller system design and product realization
• Drive engineering from concept to certification and manufacturing
• Partner across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers
• Set technical quality and execution standards

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical or aerospace system design
• Experience leading engineers in demanding product development environments
• Understanding of aerospace certification techniques and practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FAA or military qualification of systems
• Familiarity with rotating machinery, propellers, or VTOL systems
• Experience with CAD, GD&T, model-based definition, CFD
