💼 About This Role

You'll support recruitment and onboarding for a hybrid workplace while providing ongoing worker assistance. You'll act as the key link between the company and client, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support candidate selection and evaluation.
• Onboard new hires (EPIs, access cards).
• Accompany workers through their process (time tracking, absenteeism, leave).
• Monitor service and resolve incidents.
• Communicate and provide feedback with the client.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar.
• Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, data analysis).
• Problem-solving ability.
• Own vehicle required.
