You will provide IT support, manage virtual servers, and handle maintenance, configurations, and migrations for clients. Your work ensures that clients' IT infrastructure is secure and optimized, allowing them to focus on growth.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows Server support
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Skills in network troubleshooting and security
• Ability to document technical configurations
• Experience in a managed services provider environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for server and network topology
• Provide infrastructure services including storage, networking, OS, security, directory services, virtualization, backup, monitoring, and application configuration
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and resolve network problems
• Interface with third-party vendors as a liaison
• Manage tickets and projects to completion, scheduling with clients
