You'll support the Legal Department by managing corporate governance, commercial contracts, and compliance activities. You'll ensure corporate records and legal processes are accurate and efficiently administered. This role serves as an operational partner to multiple departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage intake and approval workflow for commercial contracts.
• Conduct initial contract reviews for completeness and policy adherence.
• Coordinate contract redlines, approvals, and storage in CLM system.
• Support employment-related legal matters and immigration filings.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a corporate or transactional paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
