• Build pixel-perfect landing pages with micro-interactions and animations
• Prototype and polish complex motion sequences
• Maintain a scalable design system across product sites
• Run rapid A/B experiments in Framer for conversion uplift

📋 Requirements

• Framer fluency with variables, code overrides, and CMS
• Motion design eye and prototyping in Figma or After Effects
• Knowledge of performance budgets and modern web standards
• A portfolio proving conversion-focused design
