Description

In this role, you will drive the efficiency, quality, and scalability of technical service delivery by designing and implementing standardized best practices for customer-facing journeys such as technical onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. You will act as a technical leader, influencing cross-functional alignment and ensuring solutions meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
• 8+ years in technical customer-focused role (Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting) in SaaS/B2B
• Deep expertise in medical imaging technology (DICOM, PACS, HL7, EMR) and strong cloud background (preferably AWS)
• Proven ability to design, document, and implement complex cross-functional technical architectures and integration strategies
• Demonstrated success in leading high-stakes technical projects and influencing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Map, redesign, and document high-impact technical workflows using best practices (ITIL, Lean, TOGAF)
• Design future-state architectural models for optimized technical delivery and support
• Identify and implement innovative field solutions to solve customer problems
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including system integration diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications
• Define and report on KPIs to continuously audit and improve solution deployment efficiency
