💼 About This Role

You'll own GTM forecasting models and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders to drive investment decisions. This role provides full-time ownership of GTM finance and enables leaders to operate at the next level. You'll translate complex data into clear narratives for executive and board audiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own GTM forecasting models across pipeline, bookings, ARR, and efficiency metrics
• Build bottoms-up sales capacity and tops-down pipeline models
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Recruiting on performance drivers
• Drive annual planning, quarterly re-forecasts, and scenario modeling

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
• Experience understanding margin drivers and unit economics across GTM motions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills in Excel/Sheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Mode Analytics, Tableau
• Familiarity with HubSpot and RevOps tooling
• Experience with sales compensation design or deal desk operations
