• Assist customers with ticket purchases using ticketing software
• Manage will call and guest list distribution
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management
• Reconcile sales and will call receipts accurately

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Experience with cash handling and payment methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Experience in events and music industry knowledge
• Experience with venue ticketing platforms
