You'll lead store operations for Sandbox VR, the most advanced virtual reality experience. You'll maximize profitability through local marketing and ensure a world-class guest experience. You'll also manage technical troubleshooting and staff development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and achieve sales and KPI targets for the team
• Manage day-of labor spend and schedules
• Conduct hardware/software checks and troubleshoot issues
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and coaching for store staff

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years retail/hospitality leadership experience
• Proficiency in retail math and P&L statements
• Comfort with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs
