💼 About This Role

You'll deliver high-quality virtual therapy to children and adolescents at Blackbird Health, a clinician-founded organization. You'll build meaningful connections with patients and families to ensure progress against care goals. This onsite role supports afterschool, evening, and weekend sessions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead individual therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as LMSW in Maryland
• 1+ year experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year experience in telehealth or virtual setting
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
