You'll provide technical support for HALOS, an advanced body camera and cloud software company. You'll troubleshoot customer issues and ensure smooth device operations. This hybrid role is based in Belfast.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults
• Communicate with customers to identify root cause
• Log and manage incidents in ticketing system
• Provision and configure devices for customers

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computing or related field
• 1+ years experience in IT environment
• Windows and macOS operating systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Scripting languages like Batch or Shell
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Java or Python programming
