Description

You will support loads development for propellers through rotordynamics simulations, correlate models to test data, and build static and fatigue loads databases for airframe structure design. You will also define vehicle design load cases and support aeroelastic analyses and flight test planning.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Aerospace Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years industry experience
• Proven expertise in helicopter rotor aeromechanics
• Experience with comprehensive rotor analysis software (RCAS/CAMRAD II/FlightLab/DYMORE or similar)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Matlab scripting

Responsibilities

• Support aeroelastic analyses of the vehicle
• Define and develop vehicle design load cases and maintain certification documentation
