You'll provide strategic HRBP support to Nuro's technical organizations, including hardware and software engineering teams. You'll coach leaders on team effectiveness, manage complex employee relations, and drive data-informed people decisions. 🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience
• 3+ years supporting Engineering or Hardware teams as HRBP
• Experience supporting organizations through change
• Strong business acumen and influencing skills
