🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of door-to-door marketers to drive lead generation.
• Recruit, staff, train, and coach the canvassing team.
• Attend weekly meetings with the management team.
• Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet business objectives.

📋 Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Prior leadership experience
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers
• Must be able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours/day outdoors
