Description

As a Product Leader at Brex, you will drive the Growth Product team's strategy and execution to improve customer acquisition and onboarding. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Engineering, and Design to build features, models, and tools that empower teams and maximize leverage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or management consulting scaling B2B products
• Strong analytical skills and basic SQL proficiency
• Proven experience communicating with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Systems thinking mindset to identify bottlenecks and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Drive product investments to improve GTM metrics like CAC payback and pipeline conversion
• Define and execute multi-quarter Growth strategy with cross-functional partners
• Embed with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify workflow bottlenecks
• Analyze GTM funnel metrics to guide product priorities
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering high performance
