💼 About This Role

You'll join our German sales team in Berlin to drive outbound campaigns for the DACH market. You'll work alongside an Account Executive to research prospects, book meetings, and highlight Aircall's value. This role offers rapid growth through the Aircall Sales Academy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with Account Executives to find qualified business opportunities
• Research markets and gather key prospect information
• Carry out outbound campaigns via email and phone
• Document daily activities in Salesforce

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in German (native-level written and spoken)
• Fluent in English (business-fluent)
• Willingness to develop sales skills (no prior sales experience required)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Salesforce experience or willingness to learn
• Experience in B2B sales or outbound
• Exposure to SaaS or tech industry
