You'll serve as the primary advocate for clients using polling products, triaging requests and escalating to engineering or data science as needed. You'll onboard users, maintain documentation, and channel client feedback to shape the product roadmap. This role bridges technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced progressive political environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as first point of contact for clients using polling products
- Proactively identify and pitch relevant use cases to clients
- Onboard new client users with guided walkthroughs and training
- Write and maintain product documentation and user guides
π Requirements
- 3β4 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in client success or customer support role
- Strong familiarity with survey research or polling work
- Ability to read and interpret crosstabs and survey data

- Experience in progressive political ecosystem
- Comfort advocating for UX/UI improvements
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
