• Serve as single point of contact for warranty tracking.
• Analyze field concerns and initiate corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain warranty procedures and databases.
• Interface with customers, engineering, and assembly plants.
• Provide regular reporting on warranty issues and status.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Math, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of quality engineering experience.
• MS Excel macros creation experience.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automotive warranty systems.
• Familiarity with problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone).
