🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UX research and workflow mapping for complex lending processes.
• Design end-to-end journeys for homeowners and internal teams.
• Produce wireframes, service blueprints, and usability test plans.
• Partner with product and engineering to refine requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional UX design experience with complex workflows.
• Expertise in interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience designing multi-step, rule-driven processes like lending.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar prototyping tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Experience designing for mortgage, home equity, or fintech.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
