As a Consult Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in through their journey. You'll support sales consultants, manage administrative tasks, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service or front-desk experience, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify appointments, and ensure a smooth office introduction
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
• Support Sales Consultants with consultations and administrative tasks
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits accurately
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operatively
