Description
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you'll partner with our largest Fleet customers to understand their unique challenges, advise on leveraging our IoT platform, and become their long-term strategic partner. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to drive customer outcomes and impact the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product
- Experience in customer success or account management with large customers
- Mentorship experience to wider customer success teams
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform
- Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
- Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and leadership
- Conduct workshops to understand current operations and recommend workflow changes
- Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain it to businesses across various industries
