Description

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Samsara, you'll partner with our largest Fleet customers to understand their unique challenges, advise on leveraging our IoT platform, and become their long-term strategic partner. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to drive customer outcomes and impact the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product
  • Experience in customer success or account management with large customers
  • Mentorship experience to wider customer success teams

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with our IoT platform
  • Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and leadership
  • Conduct workshops to understand current operations and recommend workflow changes
  • Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain it to businesses across various industries
