Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations in a vehicle Inspection Center, directing a team of leads and associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role focuses on maintaining quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to walk up to three miles daily and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports, including performance management and succession planning
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance standards
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
