You'll join Compass's Marketing Team to shape agents' marketing and branding projects from concept through implementation. You'll drive agent marketing efficiency and adoption of Compass's platform tools. This role offers collaboration with top in-house creatives and direct impact on agent success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create systems that drive team communication efficiency
• Serve as accountability partner for agents' marketing efforts
• Coordinate delivery of custom design projects with design team
• Analyze marketing initiative results to inform future activities

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
