You'll join PawChamp, a mobile app for dog owners, and lead HR processes like onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. Your work will directly impact a team of 80+ as we scale globally. You'll drive HR analytics and leadership development to build a high-performing culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and optimize HR processes like onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
• Conduct HR surveys and data analysis to drive improvements
• Advise teams on HR policies and processes
• Partner with managers to develop leadership skills

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience conducting 1-to-1 meetings with managers and team members
• Proficiency in HR analytics and modern tools
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics simply
