You'll lead international tax strategy and manage a team of tax professionals at MongoDB, a leader in AI-era databases. Your work will directly support global tax initiatives and optimize tax efficiency across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support IP and tax structure planning
• Direct global tax compliance and quarterly accounting
• Execute transfer pricing strategy and policy
• Manage international tax audits and post-acquisition integrations

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA, MST or LLM (Taxation) preferred
• Working knowledge of international taxation in Europe and Asia
