You'll work directly with customers to solve high-priority problems, going deep on their use cases and shipping features. You'll own customer relationships with CTOs and VPs of Engineering, quickly building a network within the SaaS startup community. This role involves moving fast across the stack, from adding features to the Docs Platform to fixing bugs in SDK generators, and shaping the product roadmap by turning customer signals into real products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer relationships with CTOs and VPs of Engineering

• Fix bugs in TypeScript SDK generator

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Build for developer experience and taste
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for solving technical problems with customers
