🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical architecture and stack decisions
• Hire and manage a team of engineers
• Balance delivery speed with code quality and stability
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Experience managing technical teams of 5+ people
• Proven experience building production-ready mobile apps
• Strong proficiency with AI development tools like Cursor or Copilot

✨ Nice to Have

• Frontend skills with React, Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, Next.js
• Experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM
