You'll design and execute structured learning programs that guide customers from first login to advanced use cases. Your work drives measurable gains in adoption, retention, and expansion. This role combines content strategy, instructional design, and program execution at a fast-growing AI-native company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop structured learning programs from onboarding to advanced use cases
- Create and manage tutorials, videos, guides, and certification paths
- Lead live and virtual training sessions for customers and enterprise rollouts
- Partner with CS, Product, and Marketing to align education with product releases
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer education, enablement, or instructional design at a SaaS company
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear learning experiences
- Experience building scalable systems, not one-off sessions
- Data-driven with ability to measure learning impact against business outcomes
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-native or developer tools
- Certification program design experience
- Familiarity with product-led growth metrics
