🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect new partnerships aligned with business objectives.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in partner companies.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance for optimization.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of partner management or business development experience in DACH.
• Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
