💼 About This Role

You'll join a well-funded startup building Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations for an AI-powered enterprise service management platform. You'll architect and scale deep integrations that deliver intelligent, automated workflows to enterprise customers. This role offers the chance to shape the integrations infrastructure using Temporal and TypeScript.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build Slack and Microsoft Teams bot interactions and event handling
• Design scalable integration patterns for multi-connector reuse
• Maintain Temporal-based orchestration workflows for reliable processes
• Collaborate with product and customer success to optimize production integrations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building Slack integrations (Bolt SDK, Block Kit, Events API)
• 3+ years building Microsoft Teams integrations (Bot Framework SDK, Adaptive Cards, Graph API)
• 5+ years with Node.js and React.js
• Experience with Temporal for workflow orchestration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TurboRepo and monorepo management
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS or ShadCN UI
• Knowledge of identity providers and HR system integrations
