Description

Lead a team of up to 12 engineers building and operating resilient, scalable orchestration and automation systems. You'll contribute hands-on across the stack and collaborate with product, platform, and SRE teams to deliver high-availability solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Engineering Manager or technical leadership role
• Staff engineer-level technical expertise
• Proven experience with Java Spring Boot, Angular, Microfrontend, Postgres, microservices
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies

Responsibilities
