You'll be the tip of the spear in the sales process for prospective accounts in the UKI territory, driving outbound cold calls and emails to generate opportunities. Your core impact will be meeting or exceeding monthly quotas while partnering across sales teams. This role stands out for its focus on leveraging AI tools in prospecting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets

📋 Requirements

• 6 months - 1+ years proven work experience as a BDR, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
• Capability of understanding customer pain points and correlating business to value
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, or Claude
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience
