Description

You'll be embedded with a marketing team to transform workflows using AI, building custom tools and coaching marketers to become self-sufficient with AI. Your success is measured by the number of workflows permanently transformed and the extent to which AI becomes the default mode of work.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in analytical and cross-functional roles
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools that transformed work processes
• Track record of coaching or enabling others to change how they work
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Identify and document highest-leverage workflow transformations
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for marketers
• Coach marketers through AI integration and self-sufficiency
• Scale successful tools and patterns across the cohort
• Track and report cohort progress against a maturity model
