💼 About This Role

You'll define the design system foundations that make Harvey's product coherent, scalable, and trustworthy. Working closely with frontend engineering, you'll design, ship, and evolve component architecture, design tokens, and accessible patterns that power AI-driven experiences. This role offers a chance to shape the shared language between design, engineering, and AI at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve core design system foundations (components, patterns, tokens)
• Design, prototype, and ship production-ready system components with engineers
• Establish contribution, governance, and deprecation models
• Document system usage and best practices for product teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with significant design system ownership
• Deep understanding of component architecture and design tokens
• Proven experience partnering with frontend engineers to ship production systems
• Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
