💼 About This Role

You'll lead crews installing stairs, railings, and metal components on job sites. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with contractors. This role offers a company truck and fuel card.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise crews installing stairs, railings, and metal structures.
• Coordinate daily activities with general contractors and other trades.
• Review blueprints and layout details to ensure proper installation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with structural or miscellaneous metals.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and safety documentation.
• Solid math skills including measurements, angles, and layout calculations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Current welding certifications or ability to pass a weld test.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards and welding processes.
