Description

As Vice President, you will lead high-stakes negotiations for hospital and health system clients, driving research, crafting messaging, and architecting communications programs to support client negotiation strategies. You'll manage client relationships, mentor a team, and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• 9-10 years of experience
• Health system or payor experience in communications or managed care
• Negotiation-related communications experience strongly preferred
• Agency experience preferred
• Track record of developing and executing successful integrated communications programs

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated communications programs across channels
• Lead communications campaigns for contract negotiations in the public eye
• Understand federal and state health policy implications for health systems
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic counsel
