You'll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue goals, focusing on corporate accounts with 5,000+ employees. You'll drive high-volume transaction sales and mentor team members.

- Lead team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve quota
- Mentor and develop sales team including hiring new reps
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and report to VP of EMEA
- Coordinate weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions
๐ Requirements
- Proven success leading a high-performing sales team
- Experience in an indirect sales model
- Track record of hiring and training sales representatives
- Ability to accurately forecast sales results
