💼 About This Role

You'll act as the primary compliance–engineering interface, defining compliance requirements for financial crime technology systems and providing second-line oversight. Your core impact will be ensuring KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring systems meet regulatory obligations. This role combines regulatory expertise with technology stakeholder management without hands-on engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define compliance requirements for financial crime technology systems
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge of first-line technology solutions
• Review and sign off system design documentation from compliance perspective
• Represent compliance in technology change programmes and vendor selection
• Assess data quality feeding into financial crime detection models

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial crime compliance with technology systems oversight
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring
• Define compliance requirements for financial crime technology and oversee delivery
• Translate regulatory obligations into clear technical requirements for engineering teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple regulatory jurisdictions
• RegTech or compliance analytics background
