💼 About This Role

You'll own the financial strategy and operations for Vio.com's in-house OTA business unit, managing cash flow, FX exposure, and risk in a fast-growing travel tech platform. You'll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic finance decisions. This role stands out for its high-exposure, hands-on treasury and risk management scope.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end OTA financial strategy and merchant-of-record P&L
• Manage multi-currency cash flow planning and FX exposure
• Oversee VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance for OTA operations
• Lead and develop a team of two finance analysts
• Build financial models to measure and forecast OTA P&L impact

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate finance, treasury, or FP&A
• Experience managing MoR operations in fintech, payments, marketplace, or travel
• Strong treasury or cash management background
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and financial modeling skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools like Looker
• Knowledge of cross-border payments and multi-currency operations
• Background in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment
