Description
You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives driving adoption of safe AI by securing deals with financial institutions. You'll refine sales strategies, develop your team, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to help customers deploy AI in banking, research, and administration.
Requirements
- 15+ years enterprise sales experience in Industries technology
- 5+ years sales leadership experience, 3+ leading Enterprise teams in DACH and CEE
- Proven track record selling into financial institutions and coaching AEs
- Deep understanding of Industries buying cycles and procurement frameworks
- Strong operational rigor in pipeline management and forecasting
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Industries procurement cycles
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management
- Partner with Enablement to develop training programs
- Work with Applied AI Engineering to demonstrate technical capabilities
