You'll identify and onboard promising Web3 projects into Seedify's launchpad, managing the full lifecycle from lead generation to launch integration. Your work will directly expand our ecosystem and help early-stage projects scale. This role offers competitive pay in $USDC and a flexible remote culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-potential Web3 projects and engage founders via cold outreach.
• Pitch Seedify’s value proposition and negotiate partnership terms.
• Manage onboarding workflows using Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
• Advise partners on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project readiness.

📋 Requirements

• Proven sales or business development experience in Web3 or tech startups.
• Deep understanding of IDO and bonding curve models and tokenomics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Notion, Jira, and Telegram.

✨ Nice to Have

• Existing network of Web3 founders, launchpads, or crypto VCs.
• Experience working inside a launchpad or incubator.
• Familiarity with smart contracts and token deployments (BNB Chain, Ethereum).
