You'll conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for children with autism. You'll supervise RBTs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. This role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing CEU support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs

📋 Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
• Active CPR certification
