You'll support and optimize existing banking and fiat wallet channels for Binance Pay, driving growth through go-to-market initiatives and local business development in the LATAM region. You'll improve operational workflows and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance transaction performance and user experience.

• Support and optimize banking and fiat wallet channels cross-functionally
• Manage daily fiat payment operations and resolve operational issues
• Improve and scale fiat operational workflows for efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance or international business
• 5+ years experience in payment industry or relevant fields
• Experience with LatAm local channels
• Data-savvy with understanding of operational metrics
