You'll build and lead the sales function for Outlast, transforming the bulk recyclables industry with a tech-enabled marketplace. Your core impact is to close business, create scalable sales processes, and establish a foundation for a high-performing sales organization. You'll leverage generative AI to sell smarter and lead a future sales team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach sales professionals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Use LLMs to scale outreach and personalize follow-ups
  • Set up sales tech stack and reporting systems

📋 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in industrials, supply chain, or marketplaces
  • Proven success building sales processes from scratch
  • Deep familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation

  • Experience with generative AI for outbound prospecting
