You'll act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring ServiceNow solutions are well-defined, effectively implemented, and aligned with business goals. You will facilitate workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications, supporting Agile delivery and UAT. This role offers fully remote flexibility and exposure to enterprise-level ServiceNow transformation projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping activities
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant business analysis or related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms

• Experience using generative AI tools for analysis or documentation
