💼 About This Role

You'll shape the strategy and own the roadmap for core customer data services across Zopa. You'll partner with engineering and product teams to improve system resilience and balance technical improvements with business value. This role acts as the connective tissue across product teams.

  • Shape strategy and own the roadmap for core customer data services
  • Work closely with engineers to improve system resilience and evolve legacy services
  • Partner with product teams to understand their data needs and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for scalable, reusable solutions

📋 Requirements

  • Product management experience owning and delivering roadmaps
  • Experience working on backend services or platforms and understanding system operations
  • Strong systems thinking ability to understand component interactions and scale
  • Technically minded with grounding in business impact

  • Experience with customer data, privacy, or GDPR
  • Exposure to cross-sell or growth-focused initiatives
  • Experience in scaling organisations
