You'll be the billing reference for clients and internal teams at Skello, overseeing invoicing, credits, collections, and adjustments. Your work ensures client satisfaction and smooth operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle client billing inquiries, errors, disputes, and contract adjustments
• Issue credits and refunds to correct anomalies
• Manage terminations, contract modifications, and administrative changes
• Collaborate with Ops team to resolve billing issues and improve processes

📋 Requirements

• First experience in Customer Experience and/or ADV
• Rigor and organization skills
• Strong written and oral communication in client interactions
• Excel proficiency

• Familiarity with accounting (invoicing, credits, payments)
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Chargebee
