You'll be the senior technical authority bridging Peak's agentic AI platform with customer enterprise environments. You'll own the solution architecture from first engagement to delivery handover, ensuring scalable deployment without core product modification. This role sits within a world-class team that has deployed AI for Nike, The Body Shop, and PepsiCo.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural assessments of customer enterprise environments
• Translate technical requirements into production-ready solution designs
• Create reusable architecture artefacts like reference architectures and integration patterns
• Serve as the senior technical authority in architecture-focused customer engagements

📋 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in enterprise solution architecture
• Experience at SaaS, ERP, or enterprise ML/AI product companies in customer-facing architecture
• Strong ability to define and govern solution boundaries between configurable and custom
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical artefacts including architecture diagrams

• Experience with agentic solutions or automation technologies
• Domain experience in pricing, inventory, or supply chain
• Familiarity with modelling languages like UML or ArchiMate
